History of our new Boutique Hotel

Located just yards from the Cusago Castle, our 4 star Hotel near Milan is a magnificient restoration of a XVI Century water mill originally built thanks to Ludovico il Moro and Antonio Magiono who donated both the land and rights of water usage so that the Cusago village could be supplied with flour stock.

Over the years various Owners operated the water mill until it was left completely unattended in the 1970s, now thankfully brought back to its splendid glory by the new Owners in 2010. The restoration work under the supervision of Architect Antonella Tesei, was based upon preserving local traditions and resources whilst delivering a state-of-the-art Eco-Friendly Design Hotel to meet innovative standards in the hospitality industry.

A bold urban development plan and a functional overhaul of rural buildings typifies this ambitious restoration project.
